It is very easy and safe to buy in our online store. We work with the MERCADO PAGO payment system and dispatch to all Grill.
Do you have a physical store?
For now we do NOT have a physical store, but you can buy all our products with dispatch to all of Grill here in our online store quickly and safely.
What does KANKA mean?
The word KANKA means "Roast" in Mapudungún, a native language of South American Patagonia. This is why our users - and our community - are called "#Kankeros", the #ExpertosAsadores.
What is the famous KANKA® Grill?
The KANKA® Rotisserie (“The KANKA®”) is a modern system that allows you to roast meats and food turning “to the sword” (Rosticero, Rotisserie or Spiedo type) in an automated way, which ensures an optimal result in each preparation.
THIS IS NOT A COMMON BBQ: This is the ORIGINAL KANKA®, a patented invention unlike anything else out there. It is a one-of-a-kind Steakhouse! Its powerful electric motor runs on AA batteries (box for 6 AA batteries included), connected to a rechargeable Battery + Solar* (*Accessory sold separately) or to a traditional socket (110-220V). When you are camping or outdoors, running on AA batteries you will have autonomy for more than 15 hours of roasting! It is also completely disassembled and ultra portable so that you can take it anywhere in its practical bag (included) and very easy to use. How much weight does the Kanka Grill resist?
The KANKA® Rotisserie (model 2020 onwards) resists loads of up to 10 kilos of meat or food. With the Universal Adapter Accessory for gas grills* it supports up to 23 kilos.
Can I use the Kanka Grill with my BBQ or outdoor kitchen?
YES, thanks to its innovative design, the KANKA® is the ONLY one that can be used with ANY charcoal, wood or gas grill or grill*, as well as outdoor kitchens, braziers, stoves, etc... but even WITHOUT a grill : with bonfires and fires 'on the ground' when you're camping 🔥. It is not necessary to buy a special barbecue, fire pit or grill: adapt it to the barbecue that YOU want or take it everywhere, since it works with AA batteries, 110-220V or a Rechargeable Battery + Solar! (*Sold separately)
To use it in your outdoor kitchen or patio you must also have the "Base for Hard Floors" accessory and use your KANKA® as shown in the photo below.
What kind of food can be grilled with the Kanka Grill?
To sum it up: You have no limits! With the KANKA® Grill you can roast all kinds of meat, vegetables and fish. Because a #ExpertoRoast does not only live on meat, the KANKA gives you a lot of freedom to cook what you want, where you want.
What is the weight and dimensions of this product?
Inside the bag: 80 cm / 5.5 kg
In use: 1.6 meters high (the central pillar) and 1.3 meters wide (set of rods, sword and motor). Only the stainless steel rods measure 83 cm and the area available to put food on these is 72 cm.
Are the parts sold separately, eg: Engine only?
No, the entire system is sold. But we have replacement parts for sale ONLY for our #Kankeros and through our Technical Service, presenting proof and product code.

What kind of food can I grill on the Food Rack?
With the KANKA® Food Grid you can prepare perfectly roasted vegetables, filleted or stuffed fish, small cuts of meat, stuffed meats, chicken wings, stuffed mushrooms... in short, anything you can think of!As it is made of 100% stainless steel, it is ultra resistant to fire and high temperatures, so you can load it with whatever you want and then wash it in the dishwasher.
What is the Warranty of the products?
ALL our products are manufactured with the best materials and under the highest quality standards.The guarantee goes from 3 to 12 months, depending on the type of product.You can review this information on the page of each product in our store.
*The guarantee applies ONLY within the established period and within Grill, for purchases made in Grill (presenting valid proof of purchase)
2. DISPATCH AND RETURNS
Dispatch, Times and Responsibilities Policy
ALL of our products are shipped from a central warehouse. From there the orders GO TO DISPATCH within 1-2 business days from the date of your purchase.
After the order is delivered to the 'courier' or assigned transport company (Example: Fedex) the 'TRANSIT DAYS' begin : Time between when the order is already in the hands of the assigned 'courier' until delivery by is at the final destination (Example: your home). These times can be on average from 1 to 8 business days * depending on the delivery city in the country. * IMPORTANT: Compliance with the transit days mentioned above is 100% responsibility of the courier or Transport Company:Once your order has been delivered to the assigned transport company, any delay or delay is completely beyond the responsibility of our Company.
Due to Covid-19 , the growing demand and greater operating restrictions, couriers may present delays on average of 2-5 additional business days. The same happens with tracking numbers: Please wait UP TO 72 hours after receiving a tracking number to start seeing movements or updates of the order.

Deadlines to report problems with the dispatch
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary for each product as they depend on weight and dimensions.It is important to clarify that in order to achieve the characteristic quality of all our KANKA® products, they must be built with high-quality and very resistant materials and steel, so they can be 'a bit heavy'.We still offer discounted shipping rates to help our customers.
What happens if the transport arrives at the delivery address and there is no one to receive it?
In general, transport companies (eg Fedex) make 2 delivery attempts at the address, and leave a note informing that no one was present to receive the package.IMPORTANT: On the third unsuccessful attempt, the package is sent back to our central warehouse and in that case we will contact you to coordinate a new dispatch (A new dispatch cost applies)
1) The customer has 10 days from the original date of purchase to return the product without any reason or explanation and obtain a refund for the cancellation of their purchase. He only has to contact us to initiate the return and send the product (s) to the address that is going to be informed (this shipping cost is borne by the customer). Once the product(s) has been received, our Specialist Team will proceed to review the product(s) in detail and the corresponding refund will be made*.
*Important: To proceed with the refund, the product must be sealed and UNUSED. The return or refund of used or damaged products is NOT ALLOWED. The dispatch value paid is not refunded if this service has already been performed by the courier (if the order or product has already been dispatched). If the means of payment used was a credit card, the refund may take up to 10 business days to be reflected on the card (these times are in the hands of the card processors and not our Company).
2) The customer has 3 months from the original date of purchase to request a return for factory defects. In this case, the client can choose to: Make use of the legal guarantee and demand the repair WITHOUT cost of the product, request the change of the product or request a refund in the case of products that have not yet been used.
**OUR RETURN POLICY APPLIES ONLY WITHIN Grill AND FOR PURCHASES AND SHIPMENTS MADE WITHIN Grill.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Of the products sold
All of our products are sold in NEW, unused condition, unless otherwise specified. ALL products have a limited warranty (problems or defects caused by misuse are not covered). The legal warranty period of each product is specified on the page / description of this, as well as in the manuals of each product.
All our prices include VAT. If the customer needs a purchase invoice, they must request it BY EMAIL referring to their order number. The term for the issuance of the invoice can be up to 10 business or business days.
Most of our products require shipping. The shipping price depends on the volume and weight, as well as the destination city. This shipping price will be reflected at checkout.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
