Very versatile, being Reversible it has 2 types of use.
Side A: It has a deep groove or channel for juices. This side is perfect for cutting roasted meats, vegetables, fruits, etc.
Side B: It has a cavity or compartment for food, ideal to put salts and spices, dried fruits, olives and cheeses, etc. This side is ideal for seasoning or salting food or for use as a cheese board, charcuterie or serving tray.

- White Vinegar: Spray the board with white vinegar and let it sit for a few minutes. Vinegar is a natural disinfectant that also helps to eliminate odors. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean cloth.
